October calendar looks to be real full. October 3rd is stated meeting; this is step up night so the officers for 2018 can get a feel for the next year. Also that night is tentatively OV with DD RWB Brian Beaudin. October 10th will be an Oktoberfest dinner by the OES at 6:30 please come show your support. Remember this is an event to invite your family and non-Mason friends. October 17th a Fellowcraft degree is planned for Brother Entered Apprentice Ryan Smith at 7:30. October 24th will be officers meeting at 6:30.
The Shrine Circus is coming to town on October 26 & 27, please come join the fun. The Job’s Daughters have a tentative initiation planned for the 28th at 2:00, watch for confirmation.
I can see the end of my year as Master, two more stated meetings, the year has gone so fast. November 7th stated meeting will be election night; I hope we get a good turn out. Thank you to all the Brethren who have helped this year.

Greetings from the West, Brethren!

Autumn has arrived, and with it the tasks that the changing year brings.  Leaves are being raked, gutters are getting cleaned and likewise around the lodge, preparations are being made for the coming Masonic Year.
As I am working on next year’s calendar and budget, I would like to “open up the floor” for ideas that I may not have thought of. If there any events or programs you think worthy of the lodge’s support, please let me know and we’ll see if it can be accommodated.
We have had our first stated meeting under out belt after being dark.  It is good to be back and see everyone. Looking forward, we have our Step up night at the October Meeting. It looks like we will have the District Deputy Official Visit and if that was enough we will be voting on a couple of petitions. So we could use all the brethren there we can get.
Also looking forward mark your Calenders for November 18th for the Installation of New Officers (Provided I get Elected ). Reason so early is the Lodge is already booked the first two weekends of December and I will be out of town the first week and a half of Dec helping a Youth Organization at Pearl Harbor. (I know rough duty). Which pushed it to The Weekend before, which is Thanksgiving and I want the brethren to spend time with the family. So Nov 18th it is.
As always Thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you At Lodge.

On the Level

Fraternally yours,
Keith C. Trahern
