Mardi Gras dinner

Grants Pass Masonic Lodge will be hosting a Mardi Gras dinner on February 12th, 2013. The full menu is below, prepared by a professional chef.
Dinner starts at 6:30 PM, and will cost $12 per plate. All are invited, so bring your friends and family. But please make sure you reserve a spot. We don't want to run out of food. The deadline for reservation is Friday, February 8, 2013. Sign up sheets will be at the lodge at the February stated meeting, or you can fill out the dinner reservation form on our website.
1st course: mixed veggies and apple salad w/ mustard vinaigerette
2nd course: shrimp etouffe over cheese grits
3rd course: chicken and gumbo rice
4th course: cajun pork tenderloin over braised greens
dessert: banana bread pudding fosterwith vanilla ice cream
